Honor Code: By continuing, you agree that the following statements are true and that you will abide by the code of conduct herein: 1) I will keep my account password confidential and not share it with others. 2) I will be the only user of my account and will not share it with others. 3) I am responsible for all activity that occurs through my use of this site. 4) The answers submitted on assessments will be my own work. 5) I will not share assessment questions or answers with others.

Analytics: OCALI occasionally uses web-based analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to help measure traffic and usage trends for its websites and those that it operates. Google Analytics collects information anonymously. It reports website trends without identifying individual visitors.

Web Cookies: The computers or devices of website users may occasionally receive data in the form of “cookies” to facilitate transactions, completing forms, and ongoing internet interactions. Information collected by our websites, including cookies, may be subject to public records requests.

Public Records Disclaimer: Pursuant to the Ohio Public Records Act (O.R.C. 149.43), while there are some statutory exemptions, most documents and records maintained by OCALI, including but not limited to electronic data, are public records under Ohio law. Therefore, information submitted through this website may be subject to disclosure pursuant to a public records request.

Intellectual Property Rights: Unless otherwise stated, all content on our sites are the intellectual property of the ESCCO on behalf of OCALI. You may not reproduce, reprint, publish, or otherwise download or exploit content or technology from the site without our express prior written consent.

Voluntary Information and Data Use: We will not collect personally identifiable information without your consent and provision. To access certain portions of OCALI websites you may be required to submit personally identifiable information, doing so is entirely voluntary. Any information shared with us is used to support your activities on our site, improve your user experience, and inform our future development, communication including email, and reporting. Information shared with OCALI will never be provided to 3rd parties but will only be used for internal purposes. Information shared in reports to external partners will never include any personally identifiable information of users. All information voluntarily submitted may be pursuant to public records requests.

Limitations On Linking and Framing: With prior written permission, users are free to establish a hypertext link to any website, content, materials, or intellectual property developed or maintained by OCALI so long as the linking site does not state or imply endorsement and/or sponsorship of the linking site by OCALI.

Children's Privacy Statement: Websites developed or maintained by OCALI are not intended for children under the age of 13. OCALI does not knowingly or willingly collect any personal information from a child under age 13. If OCALI becomes aware that it has inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of 13, such information and/or OCALI Pass will be deleted. Children's Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998, 15 USC 6501 et seq. (2000).
